  1. Diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the anterior segment of the eye 
    - Conservative and surgical treatment of patients with eyelid malposition and corneal diseases
    - Diagnosis and treatment of ocular tumors (including adjuvant drug therapy and surgical defect coverage/eyelid reconstruction)
  2. General ophthalmology with emergency care (incl. surgical treatment of traumatic injuries to the anterior segment of the eye)
  3. Ophthalmic pathology (incl. diagnosis of fetal eyes)

  1. Epigenetic changes and microenvironment in uveal melanoma
  2. Clinical-pathological correlation of ocular tumors and ophthalmic surgical interventions
  3. Studies on the development of the eye during the fetal period
  4. Correlation of SD-OCT and histology
